Featured Recipe: Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- 16 oz jar of roasted red pepper, drained
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- juice from 1/2 lemon
Takes 2 servings.
- Drain oil from roasted red peppers. Place in emersion blender, regular blender or food processor. All ingredients will be mixed together in blender/food processor.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, capers, and squeeze lemon into jar, blender or food processor.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
