- Popsicle carton (4 pops)
- Sliced fruit of choice (i.e. blueberries, mangos, raspberries)
- Light yogurt smoothie, like Danon Light & Fit Protein drink

- Fill with yogurt smoothie.
- Place in freezer for at least four hours.
