Baked Grouper with Protein Pasta and Sautéed Broccoli

Ingredients – Grouper

  • 4 to 5 grouper fillets
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. dill weed (optional)
  • 1 lemon

Ingredients – Garlic Pasta with Sautéed Broccoli

  • 1 (14.5 oz) box ProteinPlus Pasta (or other high fiber pasta)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh garlic paste
  • Sea salt and pepper to state
  • 1 tsp. dill weed (optional)
  • 1 lemon

Takes , serves 4.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with foil and place fillets on sheet. Brush with olive oil and garlic paste. Add salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Serve with lemon slices and dill weed, if desired.
  4. Replace pasta to pot.
  5. Stir in 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, salt, pepper and dill weed (optional).
  6. Heat sautéed pan on high heat and spray non-stock spray. Add 1 tsp. Olive oil and 1 tbsp. fresh garlic. Add fresh broccoli. Add 1 tbsp. water and sautéed broccoli, stirring frequently. Add small amounts of additional water as needed during cooking.
  7. Combing with pasta in pot and stir to combine. Pasta serving size is ½ cup and 1 cup of broccoli.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
